Well, maybe that's a little misleading, but he does support the type of Justices for the Supreme Court of the United States who did just that in the Kelo v. City of New London case.
So to all you "civil libertarian" minded lefty's I ask: How does this sit with you?

Obama has already stated his desire to raise the capital gains tax rate -- as an act of tax "fairness".
He plans to raise the capital gains tax rate even though lower the rate has led to an increase in the amount of capital gains taxes actually paid.
Thus, in his naivete, he will encourage investors to postpone paying capital gains taxes or encourage people with capital gains to find creative ways to avoid the taxes.
He also faces the serious prospect of becoming the candidate who seeks Reparations, payments from white Americans to black Americans as compensation for slavery.
If he is linked to this well established aspect of black America, he will see his popularity decline to the point that he will lose in a landslide in November.
In a recent speech about slavery and other injustices, Obama said America owed more than words to those who had been mistreated. He said America must prove itself through deeds, not words.
That sounds like a cash payment for Reparations to me.
You kids must work for the GOP. Under the cold light of scrutiny your failed Neo-con ideology will finally die and join the trash heap of political theories next to Fascism, Communism, and Absolute monarchy.

In fact, the kind of justices that Obama would appoint (liberal) are the same justices who voted AGAINST letting the houses become seized, so you are actually telling a direct lie as well as being misleading.

Apparently you have not read any of Obama's ideas and hopes for the unfortunate presidency he hopes to inflict on the US.
He has made it very, very, very painfully clear that his plans demand a HUGE tax increase.
Based on his Energy Ideas, he also plans to rewrite several important laws of physics and chemistry. While he does that, he's going to repeal the basic Economic Principle of Supply and Demand.
You are among the million who fail to see that he believes in Central Planning.
To give you some insight into the origins of his goofy ideas, look back to "The Greening of America" by Charles Reich and "The End of Affluence" by Paul Erhlich. By looking into those screwball pontificators, you will find Obama's inspiration.
At the moment he is frozen in the headlights of Real World Drama because he cannot appear to favor muslims in Georgia if he wants to survive the fact that he was born a muslim and is a mere convert to Christianity. His standings in the polls will suffer if he sticks his neck out for muslims, of which there are many in Georgia.
